I had a lovely stay here as a solo traveler. I was looking to explore the Tulum Archaeological Site, which is not too far from the accommodation. What I liked the most was the spacious and clean room, complemented by a nice patio that offered a relaxing spot. The breakfast was also a highlight, definitely setting a positive tone for the day. However, I did find the noise from the generator disruptive at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

The lush, jungle-like surroundings provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for someone looking to connect with nature.
The lack of adequate lighting in the room made it difficult to navigate during the evening hours.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the atmosphere feels unique.
I can't believe how terrible the experience was. The noise from the bar made it impossible to relax after a long day of sightseeing. To top it off, there was no running water in the cabin and I was forced to use an outdoor shower. Additionally, the lack of help from staff was infuriating. they were dismissive when I asked about the issues. I expected a tranquil jungle retreat, not a chaotic and frustrating experience.

The Double Room has a cozy, rustic vibe with mosquito nets and a bathroom equipped with both hot and cold showers, ideal for nature lovers. Rooms come with two fans, making it comfortable even without air-conditioning.
Heavy noise from a generator right outside the window can disrupt sleep, as it runs all night. There are also issues with cleanliness, as the shower in both cabanas booked were not properly cleaned. You might also find mosquitoes prevalent around the property, so be prepared with repellent. Moreover, dining and drinking in the area can be pricey, with local beers starting around 60 pesos, encouraging visits to town for more affordable options.

The Double Room was cozy, rustic, and really unique! I loved the mosquito nets and the combination of hot and cold showers. The two fans kept it comfortable even without AC. It's perfect for nature lovers being surrounded by trees, and the beach is just a 4-minute walk away. It feels relaxed, grounded, and not at all like a party spot. Definitely a great birthday vibe with the tranquil atmosphere!

The unique atmosphere is one of the highlights, with lush gardens creating a jungle-like feel just steps away from the beach. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. However, the lack of running water during my stay was particularly frustrating and disrupted my experience. Additionally, noise from a nearby generator kept me up at night, affecting my ability to relax. Although there were some enjoyable local fruits, the overall service issues detracted from what could have been a memorable visit.

The location was cozy in a lush garden just across the road from the beach, and the staff provided helpful tour assistance. I loved the easy access to nearby spots, which made exploring Tulum a breeze!
Could improve odour control in the area, as the surrounding swamp attracted mosquitoes.
